Add another program to the list of SEC teams dealing with COVID-19 issues.
Ole Miss, which is coming off a game against Alabama, is currently working through a COVID outbreak, head coach Lane Kiffin said Wednesday.
For now, Kiffin is still hopeful that the Rebels will be able to play their game against Arkansas this weekend.
“If we were to play today, we could play,” Kiffin said. “So hopefully it stays that way.”
The announcement from Kiffin came shortly after news broke that this weekend’s LSU-Florida game is being postponed.
Vanderbilt’s game against Missouri that was scheduled for this weekend was already postponed on Monday due to a COVID-19 outbreak within the Vanderbilt program.
